Locally owned. EPA-certified. Built around reliability, fair pricing, and respect for your time.
Mellowmen HVAC is a locally owned, EPA-certified heating and cooling company serving Loudon, Sweetwater, Knoxville, Maryville, Madisonville, Lenoir City, Farragut, and Tellico Village. We repair, install, and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
From seasonal tune-ups to repairs, our technicians diagnose the problem, explain your options in plain language, and leave your home comfortable. We focus on reliability, fair pricing, and respect for your time—no pressure sales, no mystery fees.
Mellowmen HVAC LLC is owner-operated by Jonathan Guenther. When you call, you’re talking with a local business that cares how your system runs—not a call center reading a script.
Stay Cool. Stay Mellow. Honest HVAC for Loudon County and the Knoxville area.
How we work with homeowners
East Tennessee summers are humid and winters can surprise you. Our job is to keep comfort simple.
1. Diagnose first
We find the real problem—not just the loudest symptom—before recommending parts or a replacement.
2. Explain options
You hear the trade-offs in everyday language: repair now, maintain, or replace when it makes sense.
3. Respect your time
Clear scheduling, tidy work, and no hard-sell follow-ups. Call when you need us.
